What is APEL.C?

APEL.C (Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning for Credit Award) is a national initiative by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) that allows learners to gain course exemptions based on relevant work experience, training, or informal learning. Instead of repeating subjects you have already mastered in your career, APEL.C validates that prior knowledge and converts it into academic credits—saving time and reducing the cost of completing your qualification.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Assessment may include portfolio evaluation, challenge tests, or interviews to verify competency.
